Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Pan Fry: Place sausage in a non-stick skillet, add 1/4" of water. Bring to a simmer before reducing heat to medium. Cook for additional 6-8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Simply spread your sausages out evenly on a non-stick tray and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cooking time. For extra golden brown sausages, place oven on broil for a couple minutes before removing.
