California Cut Striploin Steak AAA
Two Frozen Steaks, 8oz each
Two Frozen Canadian Lobster Tails, 3-4oz each
Thaw overnight in the fridge or place the sealed bag under cold water for 15 – 20 minutes or until thawed.
Cut down the centre of the tail with kitchen shears. Turn the tail over and gently crack down the centre between the swimmerets. Turn back over and gently pull the meat out on top of the shell. Rinse meat with fresh water. Grill, steam or bake at 350F until shell is bright red and meat is firm and opaque.
