Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Pan Fry: Place sausage in a non-stick skillet, add 1/2" of water. Bring to a boil before reducing heat to medium. Cook for additional 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Tip: try cutting sausage sections in half lengthwise or into 1/2" slices for extra fry marks and quicker cooking.
Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Simply spread your sausages out evenly on a non-stick tray and cook for approx. 25 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked (internal temperature 160 F), turning halfway through the cooking time. For extra golden brown sausages, place oven on broil for a few minutes before removing.
