Individually quick frozen
Place shrimp in colander under running cold water for 5 to 10 minutes or until thawed.
Fill cooking pot with enough water to be able to cover shrimp. Bring the water to a boil and then add the thawed shrimp.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes stirring several times while cooking. Shrimp are fully cooked when flesh is opaque colour throughout.
Drain hot water and plunge shrimp into cold water to stop the cooking process.
