Sushi night? We only suggest salmon that has been completely frozen first before consuming in sushi applications. We also deep skin the portions so you don't have to!

Thaw overnight in the fridge or place the sealed bag under cold water for 15 – 20 minutes or until thawed
If you wish to cook your salmon
Oven-baked: preheat the oven to 450 F. Season the salmon as you desire. Place salmon on a non-stick pan. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes
Grill: make sure your grill is clean. Rub the cooking grate with a thin layer of oil. Heat the grill to medium-high (you should be able to hold your hand about 1 inch above the cooking grate for 3-4 seconds before pulling it away from the heat). After grill is heated, brush with another 1-2 teaspoons of oil. Pat dry the salmon portions, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt and peppe. Place on the grill and cook undisturbed until the salmon starts to release its fat or until it reaches 145 F which takes about 15 minutes for approx. 1 inch thick portion
Serve salmon immediately with lemon wedges for spritzing!
Pro tip: if it is your preference to grill salmon without skin, simply use a piece of foil a little larger than your portion, punch a few holes in it and oil it liberally. Cook the salmon on top of the foil on the grill
Freezing the product ensures that any parasites that the fish may have consumed are completely destroyed. Parasites are more commonly found in wild salmon as the are feeding in the wild
