To Prepare

Microwave/BBQ Grill: Puncture bag and microwave on high for approx. 3-5 minutes. Place portion, bone side down, on medium-high grill for 8-10 minutes with the cover down. 

Microwave/Broiler: Puncture bag and microwave on high for approx. 4-5 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 140 F). Heat under the broiler for 1 minute or less to achieve desired coloured. 

Over/Broiler: Remove from bag and heat in 375 F over to 25-30 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 140 F). Heat under broiler for 1-2 minutes to achieve desired colour.
