To Prepare

For best results cook from thawed

Cook as desired until internal temperature reaches 165 F

New England Baked Haddock

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Put a spoonful of melted butter in a baking dish to coat bottom of the pan

Generously salt and pepper on both sides of the fish, lay in baking dish

Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, cover fish evenly

Bake for 15 minutes

Serve with fresh lemon juice and parsley
